The OATCCC annual track and field clinc will be held on January 24-26, 2013 at the Easton Hilton. This clinic includes tremendous professional development in all event areas as well as our annual Hall of Fame banquet and the coaches social. As this is an Olympic year, we will honor Ohio's Track and Field Olympians at the banquet. To request a banquet ticket, your registration must be completed by January 11, 2013.
Included in your clinic fee is your membership to both the OATCCC and USTFCCCA.
Clinic attendees will also be able to attend face-to-face rules interpretation meetings, local district meetings and license renewal courses.

Please consider assisting us in our food collection service project when you come to the clinic. Please bring two cans of food with you to registration or outside the coat room where we will be collecting food for the Mid-Ohio Foodbank to help them restock their shelves after the holiday season. January and February are difficult months for food pantries and it is our goal to help one that serves so many children. The partnership the Mid-Ohio Foodbank shares with more than 500 partner agencies across their 20-county service area is crucial to their mission. It’s these food pantries, soup kitchens, shelters, after-school programs, and senior housing sites that ensure the food they deliver gets to the people who need it most. And their impact is incredible: providing more than 51,000 meals each day. If each one of us who attends the clinic would bring just two items, we would amass more than 3200 items or roughly 3000 lbs of food for our project.
