Speakers: Mike Tully - His field is world class practice: How the world's best performers got that way, physically and mentally. Author of "The Improvement Factor: How Winners Turn Practice into Success" and co-author of "10 Things Great Coaches Know"; he has inspired coaches in twenty-one states.
Chris Rupe - Hall of Fame member and head boys coach at McDonald, fielded four Cross Country Championship teams and six runner-up teams. In thirteen of fourteen years his team's average finish has been 2.0 at the State Meet.
Chip Dobson - Mason High - At Taylor High won two state titles and one runner-up, has won eleven Regional titles. At Mason won one State Championship and a runner-up in eight years.
Obie Mauser - Defiance High - Coached teams to sixteen Western Buckeye titles, eleven District, two Regional titles, has one runner-up team finish and eleven team qualifiers. Individual runners have won eleven District and four Regional titles.
